Larry Nelson is a dedicated security professional with experience managing and mentoring security teams. He is a retired police officer of 28 years with and has retired from the U.S. Navy Special Operations Command, with over 20 years of service. As a trainer with law enforcement, Larry has implemented lesson plans to mentor thousands of veteran and rookie police officers with subject matter expertise in Physical Security Assessments, Active Shooter Response, Behavioral Assessments, and De-escalation techniques. He implemented the Active Shooter/ Aggressor program for his law enforcement agency, attaining national recognition for business and citizen safety techniques, along with how to create Emergency Action Plans (EAP).
