Gary Tucker has over 40 years of experience in the law enforcement field. He started his career as a St. Louis Police officer, where he spent three years assigned to the Mobile Reserve, an elite 40-man uniformed unit focusing on violent street crime. He was a Federal Investigator with the United States Agency for International Development. Gary entered the field of education and has a total of more than 20 years as a college law enforcement educator. Thirteen of those years were as the Criminal Justice Department Chair at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio. He supervised the academic Criminal Justice programs as well as the Police Academy. Gary also served as an Investigative Agent providing services to five county boards of developmental disabilities throughout west central Ohio, where he investigated abuse, fraud, injury and major incidents involving individuals with developmental disabilities. He has served and worked in local, state and federal law enforcement areas throughout the span of his career.
