We offer 2 different leadership courses, depending on your level of need. These leadership courses are a comprehensive overview of seven different leadership styles. They allow the participants to evaluate their own ability to lead and gives them options of how different styles can get more out of their people. Managerial Level Training
Every supervisor develops a style based on influences around them both positive and negative. This course can be offered as a straight classroom setting, only going over the leadership styles.

Executive Level Training
Incorporates team building techniques into the class. This explores and demonstrates different ways you can use team building activities to enhance your connection with your people and find innovative ways to build a TEAM concept within your organization.
