Within the modular product structure of the NCAD countertop software, there are several critical modules that offer flexibility to focus on various aspects of the End-to-End process, from order entry through manufacturing. They are as follows: Order Entry Order Entry is very straightforward within NCAD. For modifications to a standard product line, order entry can be achieved directly within the design software. NCAD also offers an easy to implement, web-based version for order entry. Design Tools Depending on your specific needs, NCAD includes the ability to design your countertop to meet your special needs. The simple and automated shop drawings are helpful to provide order acknowledgement documentation and to eliminate errors from miscommunication with the customer. Segmented top sizes are available in reports to make outside purchasing of these items more efficient and accurate.
Manufacturing Tools The modular structure for manufacturing of countertops is very flexible with NCAD countertop software. While some customers prefer the manufacturing of single components, others may choose to only do finish countertop sizing on a CNC router.
